・デルタ航空 Assistant Customer Service Agent (関西)

Oversees and coordinates operational performance including, but not limited to, safety, security, on-time, customer service delivery, and other key performance indicators. Responsible for providing support to front line work contractors. Subject to rotating shifts and off days. Serves as an operational liaison between Delta and all contracted business partners within a station. Monitors for at-risk behaviors through daily safety and security observations. Key communicator of timely and accurate information.
Fluency in both verbal and written in English and Japanese is required. Resident of Japan. Demonstrates initiatives in learning all job function of Customer Service. Customer service experience is desired. Strong listening and communication skills in order to identify customer needs and to provide directions appropriately is required. Display a positive image of Delta is required. Good communication skill with customers and business partners are required. Flexibility to manage an operation with varying shifts, extended hours, and "on call" requirements is applied. Approachable and have interpersonal skills that foster trust and respect is desired. Must be able to balance multiple priorities within established time constraints. Proficient in MS Office applications is preferable.
