・ハワイアン航空 Duty Manager（新千歳）
This is a part time position, not to exceed 20 hours per week. Located at New Chitose Airport in Sapporo, Japan,
Responsible for managing, planning and coordinating all administrative aspects (employee scheduling, station invoicing, etc.) of station operations under the direction of the Senior Director.
Orchestrates and directly oversees the daily operation under the direction of the Senior Director, ensuring that service standards are exceeded. Demonstrates by example exceptional customer service.
Provide oversight during operation as service desk and duty supervisor
Provides management support to internal customers and vendors and serves as the escalation point of contact in matters where intervention is required to ensure service standards are exceeded.
Actively communicates the goals and objectives of the division/company
Professional development, and other related duties as assigned
High School Diploma or equivalent
Eligible to live and work in Japan
Good command of English and Japanese (written and verbal)
Minimum of 1 year of airline operations supervisory experience or 3 years in a related field.
Working knowledge of airline policies and procedures as well as airport procedures.
Able to manage multiple projects.
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Sabre)
Must demonstrate initiative, be self-motivated with high energy.
Able to build teams with employees and vendor staff and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Able to work with all levels of employees across all disciplines.
Possess and demonstrate mutual respect, personal integrity and honesty.
Able to work varied hours and shifts; able to travel with little notice
Experience with project development and management.
Detail oriented; flexible and adapts well to change.
