(応募方法) Late in January, we will have hiring session at Headquarter(Aichi). 2016年1月下旬に本社(愛知県)で選考会を行います。選考を希望される方は1月17日(日)までに所定のApplication Form及び履歴書・職務経歴書(ワードまたはPDF:様式自由)をメールにて まで送付いただき、応募書類は当日全て持参ください。尚、応募書類は返却致しませんが、個人情報は選考・採用以外の目的には利用致しません。
•出発前の予約確認 (運賃の支払い状況や、重複予約の連絡処理など)
•LiveChat, E-Form, コールセンターにて受けたフライト関連案件の対応
•Responsible for handling Pre-flight tasks, such as scheduled and Ad-hoc retimes ad cancelations notifications, eliminating double bookings, notifying guests on balance owing bookings and removing hold and declined bookings.
•To take incoming telephone enquiries, complaints and questions from guests or stations who have called the Pre-flight hotline.
• To use agreed guidelines or procedures, to attempt to resolve the guests queries or concern in a professional manner
• To work to agreed productivity and targets set up by the Management
•To escalate any unresolved issues which cannot be completed within

• Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with prior working experience (preferably in aviation environment)
• Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Proficient in oral and written Japanese and English.
• Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
• Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people
• Able to work independently with strong follow up tenacity.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers.
•Possess excellent problem-solving skills and able to handle both enquiries and complaints.
• Able to work under pressure and also odd hours if required.
• Willing to be based in Head office in Aichi-ken.
Language Capability
(語学力) TOEIC600点程度以上 ※入社後、訓練はマレーシアのAirAsia本社で実施するため、日常会話以上の英会話力が必要です。その他の言語(韓国語、中国語など)が話せる方優遇。
