Role Purpose
Assist the Assistant Manager, Airport Services (Tokyo) to monitor and ensure the airport operation performance comply to company service level and standard;
Ensure all Ground Operations activities are adhering to the Company and regulatory policies and procedures;
Upkeep the highest safety and security culture and standard in all Ground Operation area;
Coordinate with local regulators and authorities on behalf of the company;
Maintain the highest standard and on-time performance with continuous improvement;
To handle delays, disruption and resolve complaint at frontline;
Timely report to Assistant Manager, Airport Services (Tokyo) and Headquarter of any irregularity situation;
Coordinate and represent HK Express Airways for service, quality, safety and security audit where required by Headquarter or Local Aviation Authorities;
Identify potential hazard, security threat and report to the Assistant Manager, Airport Services (Tokyo) to carry out follow up action for risk mitigation;
Coordinate with GHAs to implement the enhanced service and security measures where required by Headquarter;
Report to Assistant Manager, Airport Services (Tokyo) and Headquarter timely if any changes in local governmental and aviation regulatory requirements;
Overtime duties and non-office hour standby might require;
Overseas travel and shift duty is required.
Qualifications
Degree holder or a qualification that demonstrates suitable experience in related discipline;
2 years aviation or civil airline experience;
Knowledge of passenger handling is essential, additional knowledge in ramp and dispatch handling will be an advantage;
Knowledge of Aviation Safety and Security;
Excellent command of Japanese and English, and written English;
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel;
Good communication skills and team player;
Excellent customer service mind-set;
Able to work independently and under pressure.

業務内容

弊社はLCCとして、マルチタスクプレイヤーかつ、今まで経験したことがない業務も積極的な姿勢でチーム一丸となって取り組んでおります。また、多業務をこなすことで、スキルアップができ、レップ業務だけでなく、幅広い航空業務の経験を得ることができます。
入社後の流れ
規程に定められた訓練を英語にて本社訓練担当者が行います。
日本スタッフより追加の訓練、およびブリーフィングをしっかり行います。
現場で一緒にOJTを実施します。
約3週間～１か月の様々な訓練、OJTを準備しており、安心して業務に携われます。

正社員（試用期間 ３か月）
勤務地
東京地区（成田・羽田をベースとして、静岡空港への出張勤務有）

※必要に応じて、香港への出張有
勤務時間
5:00～21:30 シフト制：8時間15分(１時間の休息を含む)
※フライトスケジュールによる勤務時間変動制となります。
給与
前職の経験、給与を考慮し、弊社規程に従い決定いたします。
賞与
会社の業績結果及び個人評価により支給決定有無を決定いたします。
休日・休暇
シフト制となるため、公休日（土日祝）日数を考慮した休日を設定しています。
年次有給休暇
年末年始特別休暇（上記年次有給経過と別に12/30-1/3に設定。但し、シフト制のため、その分の休暇を別日に消化可能。）

丁寧な日本語を使え、会議出席、CIQ、航空局を含めて適切な日本語文章を作成できる方

PCでのWord, Excel, Power Point, Outlook 等の使用ができる方。
日本チームとして一緒になってゴールを目指し、目標の達成に貢献できる方。
選考過程
書類選考（書類選考ご通過の方のみ人事部より通知をいたします。）
複数回面接（オンラインおよび直接対面面接を想定しております。）
１次面接は人事との英語面接を想定しております。（筆記試験有）
２次面接は日本地区での日本語及び英語の面接を想定しております。
必要に応じて３次面接が設定される場合もございます。
