・エアアジアX Guest Services Officer(羽田)
AirAsia X is seeking Guest Services Officer to join our exciting team!
The Guest Services Officer shall maintain the highest level of safety, security, and service standards for ground operations.
Ensure the smooth daily operations by Guest Services at Check-in counter, Gate Management, Arrival Hall and also to prepare daily operations reports.
Ensure that staff are properly plan before starts of operation by updating staff of any information, briefing and debriefing, assigning staff at their designated area, and that all tools are sufficient and in order.
Ensure the check-in counter is open at 4 hours before departure time.
Ensure all systems run i.e. conveyor, BHS, Tubs and FIDS before opening counter
Monitor staff movement, discipline and to report to the superior for further action.
React if any delay occurs and to inform Supervisor on duty to take necessary action.
Ensure all SOP is being implemented according to GOM.
Plan staff deployment to ensure that key tasks of Check in, Attendance of aircraft, Arrival Hall, Departure Hall are attended to at all material times.
Monitor and supervise staff performance by evaluating, developing and reprimanding staff where necessary.
Maintain and ensure the service rendered at passenger levels are in compliance with the set quality standards of efficiency and courtesy.
Attend and respond to customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Make decisions on operational, passenger related and other cost related matters within the scope of authority.
Comply with AAX Standard, Safety performance, the applicable law and procedure in all locations where operation are conducted?
Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest, and meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
Proficient in oral and written English and local language where staff is located.
Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work on shift.
Analytical with problem solving skills and able to handle passenger complaints?
High comfort level working in a diverse environment
Minimum working experience:
02 years’ experience in the airline industry is an added advantage
Degree in any field.
Good knowledge of MS Words, Excel and Power Point.
