・Fluent in speaking and reading Japanese
・Fluent in speaking and reading English
・Full knowledge of the Japanese culture
・Enthusiasm for the position of Asian Cabin Crew
・Ability to swim
・Minimum height 1.58m, maximum height 1.90m
・Good eye sight
・Japanese Passport (or able to obtain Japanese Passport)
・Minimum age 21
・Education: College degree
・Must live within a distance of 90 minutes by ground transportation to/from assigned base due to assurance limitations
・Resident of Japan

Selection process
・Screen of application documents in October.
・Telephone interviews will be conducted in early November only for successful candidates.
・Only successful candidates of above telephone interviews are invited to first round of face to face interviews. The first round of face to face interviews will be held on 25 November in Tokyo.
・Final interviews for the successful candidates of above first round of face to face interviews will be held on 26 November in Tokyo.
